Bio
Hadley Mendez Mussler joined the Eastern Florida State College women's volleyball program in July of 2024.
Hadley jumped in during camp season, assisting current and former Titan players at the Nike Camp. "It is so fun to see such a great group of young athletes developing their skills with the team here at Eastern Florida. Having such a strong collegiate program right here in Brevard County is such an undervalued opportunity. I hope to be able to bring awareness to the phenomenal program coach Melito has built. Our goal for the team this season is to reach success both on and off the court." Coach Mussler said following the summer season.
She has directed FCA Elevate Club Volleyball since its inaugural 2020 season. Hadley and her coaches have been able to bring a refreshing take on the culture of club sports with the FCA Elevate program by offering development in the game of volleyball as well as discipleship for coaches and athletes. FCA Elevate will be competing for the sixth season starting in the spring of 2025.
Hadley has been in the game of volleyball for most of her life. She attended Chipley High School where she set school records as well as won several accolades for her sportsmanship and dedication to the game. Throughout her high school career, she played on a nationally ranked club team. She lettered all four years and earned multiple scholarship opportunities and decided to play at Toccoa Falls College. Following a season ending injury her freshmen year she returned and helped lead her team to a season of success. After her time playing, she has been able to coach at several different levels of play. She notes that her desire is to coach athletes into being the most well-rounded athlete and individual they can be, pushing them to do all things with excellence.
"I am looking forward to being a part of the Eastern Florida Volleyball program and hope that season is one for the record books!" Hadley says.
