Women's volleyball team hosts Hillsborough CC on Saturday

The Eastern Florida State College women's volleyball team will be back home Saturday afternoon for a Citrus Conference match.
The No. 17 ranked Titans will play Hillsborough Community College at 2 p.m. at Titan Field House.
Eastern Florida State College comes into the matchup 9-5 overall and 0-1 in the conference while Hillsborough Community College is 7-6 overall and 1-1 in the conference.
The Titans are led by freshman Leyre Arroyo Sanchez who was the FCSAA Offensive Player of the Week after having a school record 24 kills against Daytona State College. Arroyo Sanchez is averaging 3.36 kills per set which is fourth-best in the FCSAA and has 148 kills which is second. Teammate Jordyn Cox has recorded 142 kills this season and is fourth in the state.
Hillsborough Community College's Miriam Weintraub is leading the FCSAA in blocks per set with 1.57 blocks while teammate Eva Rovello is among the top five in the state in service aces per set (0.62) and assists per set with 6.76.
