Women's tennis team sweeps SCF Manatee-Sarasota

The Eastern Florida State College women's tennis team came home with a 9-0 victory against the State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota Friday.

It marked the fourth time this year that the Titans earned a sweep and second time against Manatee-Sarasota.

Yuliana Monroy, Sarah Manseri, Dugleisy Linarez, Jaime Duque, Shaeda Nickle and Emma Othmer all picked up wins in singles matches.

The Titans have now won four straight matches and will finish the regular season with two home matches. Next Friday the women's tennis team will host Millfied at 10 a.m. and then welcome ASA Miami to Titan Tennis Center on April 8.
