A week after scoring their first victory on their new home courts, the Titans hit the road Friday and defeated FSCJ by an identical 8-1 score.
Freshman Naomi Villa scored her first junior college singles victory at No. 6, defeating Myiah Collier 6-0, 6-2.
The Titans, who swept all three doubles matches, also got singles victories from sophomore Nicole Trio and freshmen Ann-Kathrin Zilles, Annaleigh Collings and Ana Cristina Orozco.
Trio, who is undefeated in singles this season, played at No. 2 singles.
The victory improved EFSC's overall record to 4-2. The Titans are now 3-2 in NJCAA Region 8 play.
"With five of six freshmen in the lineup, and three of them having arrived last month, our lineup is still a work in progress," EFSC coach Jerry Thor said. "Nicole and Ann-Kathrin started the year lower and have proven they are ready for the challenge."
The Titans will return to action Sunday when they host State College of Florida Manatee-Sarasota at 11 a.m.
