Women's soccer team moves up in national poll

The Eastern Florida State College women's soccer team moved up to No. 14 in the latest NJCAA Division I poll released on Monday.

The Titans, who are 7-4 on the season, have won three games in a row and have outscored opponents 10-2 during the win streak.

Navarro College remains No. 1 in the nation at 13-0-1 on the season while Iowa Western Community College is second and Seminole State College is No. 3. Arizona Western College is No. 4 in the poll with Snow College is ranked fifth.

Daytona State College moves up to No. 9 in the poll with Miami Dade College ranked 15^th.

The Titans will play the Falcons at home tonight and begin the Region 8 Tournament on Friday at Daytona State College. The semifinals will be on Friday with the championship game on Sunday.
