The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team placed second in a weather-shortened Battle @ Black Diamond in Lecanto, Florida.
The Titans finished four strokes behind Ave Maria in the first round after the second round was suspended then cancelled due to weather. Eastern Florida State College shot a 314 in the first round.
Freshman Blair Powers tied Ave Maria's Lauren Stewart at 1-over par 73 and shared medalist honors.
Ann Burel shot a 77 in the first round and was two under in the second round when it was suspended. Konstanze Anglett shot an 80 in the first round and was 3-under in the second round through six holes when play was stopped.
Cayden Challacombe shot an 84 while Margaux Blais finished with an 86.
Vivian Luu shot an 84 as an individual.
Eastern Florida State College will compete in the Highland Oaks Invitational on Sept. 29.
