Women's golf team leads Webber Fall Invitational

The Eastern Florida State College women's golf team is leading the Webber Fall Invitational at Sun 'N Lake Golf Club in Sebring Monday.

The Titans shot a 312 in the first round and leads St. Thomas who shot a 342 in the first round.

Sophomores Elise Boccabella and Delia Timpy are on top of the individual leaderboard as Boccabella shot an even par 72 while Timpy shot a 77. Teammate Olivia Timpy is in seventh after shooting an 81 while Kira Shellman is in eighth with an 82 and Gabrielle Fernandez Is in ninth after a round of 84.

The Titans will look for their first tournament title of the fall season on Tuesday morning.
