The Titans fell to 5-8 on the season with the 76-66 loss to the Jets.
Eastern Florida State College came out cold, shooting just 27 percent from the floor in the first half and trailed 36-24 at halftime.
Ofir Parpara scored 15 points in the third quarter as Eastern Florida State College cut the lead to five at one point but trailed by nine heading to the fourth quarter.
South Georgia Tech would get the lead back to double digits and picked up the victory.
Parpara had her best game of the season, finishing with a double-double, scoring 23 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Bruna DaSilva finished with 16 points while Shadia Lara Santacruz had 11 points and Grace Strickland had 10.
Taja Bennett had a game-high 26 points for South Georgia Tech.
Eastern Florida State College will wrap up the Lady Jets Holiday Classic on Wednesday afternoon, taking on No. 11 ranked Shelton State Community College at 1 p.m.
