Softball team ranked in top 10 for sixth straight week

The Eastern Florida State College softball team is ranked in the top 10 for the sixth straight week.

The Titans are ranked 10th in the NJCAA Division I poll and head into the week 30-8 overall and 16-6 in the Citrus Conference.

Eastern Florida State College will host No. 9 Indian River State College Tuesday evening with the first game beginning at 4 p.m.

Northeast Alabama Community College is No. 1 in the national poll with Northwest Florida State College second and Florda Southwestern State College round out the top three.

Santa Fe College is ranked fourth and Temple College rounds out the top five.

Miami Dade College is ranked 16th with Seminole State College ranked 18th and Daytona State College is 22nd in the poll. Gulf Coast State College rounds out the top 25.
