The Eastern Florida State College softball team lost its second game of the season, falling to Pensacola State College at the Courtney Miller Invite at Soldiers Creek Park.
The Titans gave up a run in the bottom of the seventh inning to fall 6-5.
Eastern Florida State College scored a run in the first inning as Avery Velazquez hit an RBI double.
Tied 1-1 in the fourth inning Jaelynne Whipple ripped a two-run triple to give the Titans a 3-1 lead and would later score to make it 4-1.
But Pensacola State College would score four times in the fifth inning to take the lead. Isabel Otero made a diving catch to end the Pansacola rally.
Down one, Kerissa Howell led off the sixth inning with a double and would tie the game 5-5 as Whipple hit an RBI single.
With two out, Pensacola took advantage of a couple of defensive miscues and scored the winning run.
Whipple finished 3-for-3 with three RBI.
