Men's cross country team to run at FGC Invitational Friday

The Eastern Florida State College men's cross country team will wrap up the regular season Friday morning at the FGC Invitational in Lake City.

The Titans will compete with eight other state teams in the 8K race that will be run at Alligator Park at 9 a.m.

Eastern Florida State College comes into the event ranked No. 23 in the latest USTFCCCA NJCAA Division II Cross Country national poll. Among the competitors on Friday will be 11^th ranked Pasco Hernando as well as the Florida State College at Jacksonville who is receiving votes in the poll.

Friday's event will be the last tune-up for the FCSAA Cross Country Championships that will be held on Oct. 24 in Tallahassee.
