Men's tennis team defeats Warner University

The Eastern Florida State College men's tennis team picked up a win against Warner University Friday afternoon at Titan Tennis Center.

The Titans improved to 3-1 on the season with the 7-1 victory.

In doubles, the team of Jack Dixon and Colin Tavares picked up the 6-3 win at No. 2 doubles and then George Myers-Millington and Eric Tripathi teamed up for a 6-4 win at No. 3 doubles.

Up 2-1, the Titans swept the six singles matches for the victory.

Hugo Car, Tripathi, Dixon, Jett Leong, Tavares and Myers-Millington all picked up singles wins for the Titans.

Eastern Florida State College will host Florida Palms University on Thursday at 2 p.m.
