Titan men's tennis team defeats Florida Tech JV squad

The Eastern Florida State College men's tennis team defeated Florida Tech's JV squad to win its sixth match in a row.

The Titans are now 8-3 on the season after a 7-2 win on Tuesday afternoon.

The teams of Jesus Amezcua and Danrich Kruger and Pablo Munoz and Samir Chikhaoui won doubles matches 8-0 to give the Titans a 2-1 lead after the doubles matches.

Then Chikhaoui, Amezcua, Kruger, Munoz and Andreas Wejs all picked up singles wins to lock up the 7-2 victory.

The Titans will play the Milwaukee School of Engineering Wednesday afternoon in Orlando before hosting ASA Miami at 11 a.m. Friday at Titan Tennis Center.
