The Eastern Florida State College men's soccer team tied Western Texas College on Thursday night at Dallas College Richland.
The No. 4 ranked Titans got on the board first but settled for a 1-1 tie and are now 7-1-1 on the season.
Sophomore Liam Kuemmritz scored 14 minutes into the contest on a penalty kick to give the Titans a 1-0 lead. It was the fifth goal for Kuemmritz.
Eastern Florida State College will remain in Texas and face the No. 1 team in NJCAA Division III and runner-up in last year's NJCAA Division III National Tournament, Dallas College Richland on Saturday beginning at 6 p.m.
