Men's golf team falls to Lake Sumter State College

The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team fell short against Lake Sumter State College Friday in a one-round match at Green Valley Golf Club.

The Titans shot a 307 while Lake Sumter had a 302.

Freshman Zach McGoffin shot an even par 72 to lead the Titans while Nolan Hyatt shot a 76 and Trey Farnsworth finished with a 79. Sean Jacoby and Josh Bibby each finished with an 80 while Andrew Bell had an 81.

The men's team will play in the Flagler Fall Slam beginning Monday.
