Men's golf team in fifth place after first round of Trojan Invitational

The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team is in fifth place after the first round of the Trojan Invitational in Wynlakes Golf & Country Club in Montgomery, Alabama on Monday.

Beck Fox led the Titans as the freshman shot an even par 72 n the first round and is tied for fourth place overall. Teammate Fraser Davren is tied for 13th with a 3-over 75. Kyle Decenzo shot an 80 and Mathieu Echelard and Chandler Dixon each shot an 82 in the first round.

The Titans shot a 309 as a team and are behind leader Calhoun Community College by 15 strokes.
