Men's golf team places 10th in McDonough Cup

The Eastern Florida State College men's golf team placed 10^th in the McDonough Cup event at Rio Pinar Country Club in Orlando.

The Titans shot a 299 in the final round to finish the three rounds with a 909. Newberry College won the event, beating Rollins College by two strokes. Carson-Newman finished third.

Freshman Beck Fox finish tied for 12^th after shooting a 74 in the final round. He finished the tournament 7 over. Teammate Kyle Decenzo placed 20^th overall with a 225 and Ryan Rozic shot a 72 in the final round to finish tied for 33^rd.  

The Titans will wrap up the fall season with the Central Alabama Fall Intercollegiate event Nov. 13-14 in Montgomery, AL.
