Zach Ferrell takes over as the head coach of the Eastern Florida State College men's basketball program.

Ferrell takes over for Thomas Gray who led the Titans to a 23-7 record last season and a postseason berth. He was an assistant coach at Eastern Florida State College in the 2020-21 season and has helped the program each season since then while working as the Area Sports Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in West Melbourne.

Ferrell was the head coach at Hamilton Heights Academy for seven seasons before moving to Brevard County to become former head coach Jeremy Shulman’s assistant. He led Hamilton Heights to four NACA Division One National Championships and two City of Palms Signature Series championships.

Ferrell played and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Coach Ferrell is married to his wife Rachel and they have two children Peyton and Lily.
