Bio

Spencer Conatser was promoted to the Associate Head Coach after two successful seasons as an assistant coach with Eastern Florida State College.

Conatser has helped lead the program to a couple of successful seasons including the most wins by a first-year staff in school history in 2024-25. In addition to his coaching duties, he plays a significant role in recruiting and for all video operations. He also manages basketball operations and contributes extensively to player development.

Prior to Eastern Florida State College, Conatser was a Graduate Assistant at Vanderbilt University under head coach Jerry Stackhouse. At Vanderbilt, he focused on player development, video support and scouting support while completing his master's degree.

Spencer played college basketball at Norwich University, where he was named the 2022 Male Scholar Athlete of the Year.
