Men's basketball team hits road for game against FSC-Jacksonville
The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team will play the Florida State College at Jacksonville Wednesday on the road
The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team will begin the new year on the road Wednesday afternoon.
The No. 19 ranked Titans will travel to Jacksonville to play the Florida State College at Jacksonville at 4 p.m.
Eastern Florida State College heads into the contest 11-2 and is led by Luca Colceag who is averaging 13.1 points this season while teammates Matija Zuzic and Owen Aquino are each averaging 12 points per game. The Titans are averaging 87 points per game and are third in the NJCAA Region 8 Division I in 3-point percentage.
The Florida State College at Jacksonville has also gotten off to a good start this season and are 10-3 overall. The Blue Wave is led by Tarence Guinyard who comes into the contest averaging 20.2 points per game which is second in then NJCAA Region 8 Division II rankings.
The Blue Waver is 8-0 at home and are averaging 83.8 points per game this season.
The Titans will open the Citrus Conference season on Saturday afternoon, hosting Florida Southwestern at 4 p.m. Admission to Saturday's game at Titan Field House will be free and you can watch the game live online at the EFSC Titans YouTube page.
