Men's basketball team sets program record in road win
The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team hit 20 3-pointers to beat Palm Beach State College on the road Monday evening
The Eastern Florida State College men's basketball team set a program record with 20 3-pointers in a 93-61 road win against Palm Beach State College Monday night.
The Titans came out firing, hitting 12 3-pointers in the first half to take a 50-30 lead at halftime. Buka Peikrishvili hit four 3-pointers in the first half to lead the attack.
Brody Boyer hit seven 3-pointers for 23 points, both career highs for the sophomore guard. Teammates Christyon Eugene and Peikrishvili each finished with 12 points while Robert Berze had 11 points and Ja'Darius Harris had 10 in his first game with the Titans.
Eastern Florida State College improves to 2-2 on the season and will travel to St. Petersburg Saturday for a 4 p.m. game.
