The Eastern Florida State College baseball team will be back at Bruce Bochy Field on Friday afternoon to begin a conference series with Daytona State College.
The Titans will host the Falcons at 3 p.m. Friday for the first game of a three-game series.
Eastern Florida State College comes into the series 9-15 in the Citrus Conference while Daytona State College is 13-10-1 and has won five straight games.
The Titans are hitting .294 as a team led by Andrew Prieto who is hitting .369 with 30 RBI while teammate Jackson Wargo is hitting .351 in 25 games. Bryce Jackson has a team-leading nine doubles and is hitting .310 this season.
The Falcons come into the weekend hitting .300 as a team led by outfielder Josh Vinciguerra who is hitting .351 in 31 games with eight home runs and 31 RBI. Three players are hitting .340 or better including David Falloon who is hitting .344 with eight home runs and 32 RBI.
Friday's game at home will begin at 3 p.m. and admission to Bruce Bochy Field is free. Fans can also watch the game live online at the EFSC Titans YouTube channel.
The series will move to Daytona State College on Saturday for a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m.
