The Eastern Florida State College baseball team got behind early and couldn't battle back, falling to Palm Beach State 11-5 in a Southern Conference game at Bruce Bochy Field.
The Titans fell to 12-5 overall and 1-1 in the conference as Palm Beach State scored three times in the first inning and never lost it as they improved to 1-1 in the conference.
Sebastian Rivera led the Titans offensively with four of the team's 12 hits. Jacob McFadden had two hits and drove in three runs, including his first triple of the season in the seventh inning. Sammy Duran and Ian Lisle also had two hits in the game.
Palm Beach State starter Gio Arrierra tossed six strong innings for the win.
