Eastern Florida's baseball team improved to 5-0 on Wednesday with a 12-8 victory at Polk State College.

Eddie Escribano got the win and Gabriel Rodriguez the save.
Gian Jimenez went 3-for-5 for the Titans. Ruben Garcia was 1-for-4 with a three-run home run; Norbert Navarro went 4-for-5 with two RBIs and a stolen base; Jay Ciuro was 2-for-3 with an RBI.
"The guys fought and fought," said Titan head coach Jeff Tam. "I am very proud of them."
Polk dropped to 3-1.
Next up is a Saturday game at FCSAA Southern Conference foe Miami Dade and a 2 p.m. Sunday conference game against Broward College at Bruce Bochy Field on the Melbourne Campus. Admission is free.
